This is a compilation of CI resources for people considering and researching CIs. Needless to say, the best resource is talking to actual CI implantees. Find us on deafboleh forum and on the other online forums. Also ask your ENT and the CI providers to refer you to their implantees.
CI Forums
Here are three forums and there are more that can be found on the net.

CI Centres in Singapore
Singapore General Hospital
http://www.sgh.com.sg/ListenAndTalk/Services/Cochlear_Implant/cochlear_implant.html
SGH is the longest established for CIs. A/Prof Low Wong Kein has done the most CIs in Singapore.
National University Hospital
http://www.nuh.com.sg/ent.html
NUH where I had my CI appears to be a close second. Dr Lynne Lim has done about 60 CI operations, the second-most.
KK Hospital
http://www.kkh.com.sg/ForPatientsnVisitors/VirtualTour/Childrens+ENT+Centre.htm
KKH does CIs for children only.
Tan Tock Seng Hospital
http://ttsh.com/new/clinicalspecial/otorhinolaryngology.php#back
TTSH does CIs although there is no mention on their website.
CI Providers
All the providers will contact, answer queries and meet with prospective implantees. They have reps in Singapore. They will also introduce their past patients over email. Cochlear and MedEl are offered at NUH, while I think all three are offered at SGH.
